Are you building your career as an Indigenous academic? Trying to navigate power structures within academic institutions? Twenty-two young Indigenous scholars have joined to share their advice with you.
In this Letter, your Academic Aunties demonstrate ways to take common barriers and tensions that Indigenous scholars face into landscapes where joy and community are centred. Understanding that it takes wisdom and respect, while balacing the responsibility of being a source of change to succeed in overcoming challenges.
