First-year review, promotion, and tenure applications in academia are often black-boxed for a rather high-stakes situation. The IndigeLab is excited to share some file examples for promotion from associate to Full professor. A few notes: 

1. These documents are tailored to different universities and unions, so they will not work perfectly for all contexts.
2. These might be particularly useful if your work is very inter/transdisciplinary, you do not have a traditional career trajectory, and/or you do community-based work
3. For pacing yourself, the promotion dossier example attached took a solid week of full-time work, not including some earlier prep during the preceding year or two gathering metrics and other forms of evidence.
